JLS Captures Shark NAs

Winners Peter Van Rossem and his crew are running hot lately including a bronze at the Shark Worlds in Austria this summer

July 10, 2025

Kingston Yacht Club’s Peter Van Rossem, Matt Fair, and Josh Wilby on Jonathan Livingston Seagull (CAN 276) won at the 2025 Shark 24 North Americans held June 28-29 at Bay of Quinte Yacht Club.

The Shark 24 counter Regatta saw a great turn out of 32 boats. Good winds and flat water made for some tight racing. The event was a good tune-up for the 2026 Shark 24 Worlds also to be hosted in Belleville.
